I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or postal services. I will do my best to help you, always, so get in touch if you’ve not received your order, but please note some international orders can take as long as but not limited to 1-6 weeks for delivery once dispatched. This is not common but can happen due to delays, buyer location, and the time of year.
